Post Placement

Once a candidate has been successfully placed within an organisation, RPR continues to ensure their transition is smooth and that both the client and candidate are happy by carrying out, on request, post placement reviews. These reviews help both parties uncover blind spots in the relationship and learn more about their requirements and initial perceptions of each other. This enables both parties to better manage their future performance.
